Sub-processor Registry

The third-party organisations that help Idonara deliver our service. Published in line with Article 28 of the UK GDPR.

About this page

A sub-processor is a third-party organisation that processes personal data on our behalf when we deliver the Idonara service. We carefully vet every sub-processor and put a data processing agreement in place before onboarding.

We give customers at least 28 days' notice before adding a new sub-processor. If you would like to be alerted when this list changes, email privacy@idonara.com.

Most sub-processors act solely on our instructions as a data processor. A small number — including our identity-verification partner — are hybrid: acting as our processor for the service they provide to us, but also as an independent data controller for a separate, limited purpose of their own (for example, using verification data to improve their own fraud-detection models). Where that applies, it is noted in the Purpose column below.

We could not load the register right now. Please try again shortly, or contact dpo@idonara.com.

Questions about our sub-processors?

Our Data Protection Officer can provide copies of our data processing agreements and answer any questions about how we protect personal data.
