How long does the session take?
About half an hour. You bring one live role; we show you the shortlist Idonara surfaces from your own candidates, with the reasoning behind every name.
Do I have to commit to anything?
No. There’s no card and no commitment — we’ll only use your details to arrange your session. The point of the pilot is to let you decide on the evidence, on your own data.
What is the guarantee, exactly?
We agree what success looks like with you up front — your own criteria, such as "did it surface the people I’d have wanted to see?" If Idonara doesn’t meet the criteria you agreed at the start, you don’t pay for it. The guarantee is tied to those agreed criteria, not a headline number.
We’re already on another system. Is switching painful?
We do the moving. If you decide to go ahead, white-glove migration brings your candidates, attachments and history across from your incumbent — so switching isn’t a barrier.
Can our DPO or InfoSec lead join?
