Accessibility

Hiring should be open to everyone — including how you use Idonara.

We want every candidate and every recruiter to be able to use Idonara, whatever their abilities or assistive technology. This statement explains what we're committed to, where we are, and how to tell us if something isn't working for you.

What we're aiming for

We design and build Idonara to meet recognised accessibility standards — we work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 / 2.2 Level AA as our standard. In practice, that means:

  • Clear, readable text and sufficient colour contrast
  • Full keyboard navigation
  • Support for screen readers and assistive technology
  • Accessible forms, with clear labels and error messages
  • Sensible structure and meaningful headings

We treat accessibility as part of building the product well — not an afterthought.

Honest about our current status

We hold ourselves to WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 Level AA as the standard we design and build to, and we assess our own work against it as we go. We have not yet completed an independent third-party accessibility audit, and we won't claim a conformance level we haven't been assessed against. Some parts of Idonara meet our AA commitment more fully than others, and we're actively improving the areas that don't yet.

An honest statement with known limitations is more credible — and more compliant — than a blanket "fully accessible" claim, so here's where things stand:

  • Standard we work to: WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 Level AA.
  • How we've assessed it: self-assessment by our own team during design and build, with accessibility checks part of how we ship changes.
  • Independent audit: not yet completed. When we commission one, we'll update this statement with what was assessed, by whom, and when.
  • Known areas we're improving: we're working through any gaps against our AA commitment. If you hit a barrier, telling us (below) is the fastest way to get it fixed and added to that list.

Tell us if something isn't working

If you have trouble using any part of Idonara, or use assistive technology and hit a barrier, please tell us — we'll help and we'll fix it. The more you can tell us about what you were trying to do, the page or screen you were on, and the assistive technology you use, the faster we can put it right.

Contact: accessibility@idonara.com (or hello@idonara.com). We aim to respond within five working days.

  • We acknowledge every accessibility report we receive
  • We work with you to find a way through in the meantime
  • We fix the underlying issue and update this statement as we improve

Spotted a barrier? We want to hear about it.

Accessibility is part of our promise of a fair shot for everyone. Tell us what isn't working and we'll help — and we'll fix it.
